EPO Will Shop allows you to give instructions for your will simply and without having to visit a solicitor. The website has been written by solicitors who are experts in this field, and once your instructions have been provided, a solicitor from Eddowes Perry and Osbourne (EPO Lawyers) will draw up your will and send it to you for signing with full instructions. If you want us to keep it safely for you we can do that , too, for an extra charge.
EPO Will Shop is for people who have straight forward requests and with net assets with a value under the current limit for Inheritance Tax (£300,000 at present). It is also ideal for those of you who want to nominate guardians for your infant children.

If it transpires that we need to give you more comprehensive advice, we can write to you or you can visit us at the office at 46 High Street Sutton Coldfield, or we can visit you if you live near our office. Obviously if this is the case, unless the advice is fairly minimal, we will charge an additional fee.
